The original score for Tom Dey’s Jumpman draws inspiration from the remarkable life and legacy of legendary photographer Co Rentmeester. Motivated by his iconic work, including the original Jumpman photograph, I aimed to reflect his artistry and achievements through music. By weaving camera and flash sounds into the score, I sought to honor Co’s story with the respect it deserves. Thrilled and grateful that Jumpman’s score (dedicated to Mr. Rentmeester himself) is nominated for a Hollywood Music in Media Award!
