Being invited to become a Member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (The Academy ) is an extraordinary honor and privilege beyond my wildest dreams. Having grown up in a beautiful, yet distant reality from the Hollywood community I now proudly call my own, this recognition is profoundly moving.My heartfelt gratitude goes out to my sponsors, Carlo Siliotto and Kris Bowers .
